Life is good! I am so glad to be living my life as I continue to become my own unique expression in my world. As a CODE Model Coach™ and WEL-Systems® Master facilitator, my maxim is to ‘work’ with other women who want to reclaim and to redefine their lives… and to always, in all ways, remember who they are.

It seems that time is speeding up. My illusion and, yet, my reality. As such, it is time to awake and to stop the default to sacrificial, cultural expectations that have kept our world in coma. Women, as crucible for the well being of our planet, are now poised to wield the spear of accelerated transformation as strong and sonic voice that is open, honest, clear and direct… and a new world of ease, compassion and simplicity.

In my world, it starts with me first. I can change myself; I can’t change anyone else. However, as I evolve the vibration of who I am, I become the invitation to others to consider themselves differently. There is nothing broken and nothing to fix. It is simply about me remembering who I am so that others remember who they are… and so it goes.

There was a time, not so long ago, when I thought that I was broken, that I needed fixing, that I was not enough, that I had to have more, do more, be more – so that I could/would be successful, so that I could/would fit in. It did not matter that I was a nurse with significant business background in the cosmetic industry, energy medicine and energy psychology; it did not matter that I was master trainer of NLP and hypnosis; it did not matter that I had a solid partnership with my husband and that I had raised two children to responsible adults. I was so externally referenced, I could never ‘be’ enough. My way of moving through the world became synonymous with performance; as long as I looked good and did and said the ‘right’ thing, I would be fine. Yet, inside, I was living a long-suffering lie. I worked hard and put on the brave face to deny my own exhaustion. I built four businesses, chaired multiple organizations, sat on various boards, created business partnerships, knew law suit and experienced bankruptcy. I denied the impact of it all on my health. I knew better, yet I would not ‘own’ my feelings of desperation. It finally caught up with me. In 2006, I took a forensic look at my own life and started to make, broom by broom, sweeping changes to it. WEL-Systems® was the paradigm shift to me getting my life back… for me. That was in 2007 and I have never looked back. I am done with the lie of performance. I simply AM. I breathe now.

My passion resides in WEL-Systems® facilitation of programs for sustainable, personal evolution and the five-day. open-forum, Decloaking… and Living Authentically; CODE Model Coaching™ to promote health and well-being for individuals and collectives; and providing BSI – Body Spirit Integration within the context of the Quantum Biological Human™ for profound relaxation.
