‘Everything changes. When you give yourself enough space to rest in What Is, you realize that the present moment exists in an eyeblink, and once you even acknowledge the moment is there, it vanishes. Nothing stays the same. If you hold onto What Was, there is no room for What Comes Next’.

Life is subject to context. ’I may choose to lie to you about the truth of my own experience in order to save my own life. However, I shall never lie to mySelf that I have lied to you’. To do so would be subjecting mySelf to a slow, mean, tortuous and complicated death of internal Self-erosision by the acid of my own dishonesty. Paradoxically, I would be killing mySelf in order to save mySelf.
Humans, unawakened, live their lives lying to themSelves to rationalize away their right to live authentically and meaningfully and now. Been there, done that. My lying to mySelf almost killed me… thinking that I had to make it ‘right’ for others with whom I engage. I am done.
